IAH Community Reviews: Fully Covered

Is The Popular Agency-Scaling Program Worth The Investment… or Should You Pass?

Inside our IAH community we’re always looking to bring the insurance industry’s best coaching, software, and marketing solutions to our member.
And Nato Guajardo’s “Fully Covered” program is advertised as a mashup of all 3 – giving you the marketing strategies to scale your agency… the software to automate a big piece of it… plus the coaching needed to implement everything.
But of course… advertising and how something actually works (or doesn’t work) are two wildly different things. So we dove into Fully Covered to give you and our community members a closer look…

What Is Fully Covered?

Before we dive into our list of pros and cons, we figured it’d make sense to talk about what Fully Covered (aka “FC”) actually is – in case you’re unfamiliar.

Pro: Easy To Follow

Right off the bat, the first thing we noticed inside the course is that it’s incredibly well organized.

Nato and his team of coaches have designed everything in an easy, step-by-step format. The only way you could get lost is if you purposefully deviated from the order they’ve laid everything out in. Which we DON’T recommend doing!

Every lesson and module is made to build on the previous one… so trying to be “clever” and skipping around will basically guarantee that you miss out on some key information.

Pro: Results Come If You Stick With It

Between ourselves and countless other members of the IAH community… we’re not aware of anyone who stuck with the program, implemented what’s taught inside, but then didn’t see any sort of results.

Everyone we’ve spoken to was at a bare minimum able to start generating some low cost leads.

And those who were even more committed to the program eventually started reeling in new referral partners just like Nato talks about in his advertising too. (It’s nice to see that at least one guy out there isn’t just making his numbers up!)

There’s no doubt though that Fully Covered is about long-term agency growth. Nothing inside is geared around quick-fix, gimmicky tactics like giveaway funnels, for example.

(Which drown you in low-quality leads that are interested in the giveaway, but NOT in purchasing insurance.)

But this also means that if you’re not willing to commit at least 6 months to the program, chances are this isn’t going to work well for you.

Con: Beware… It Can Be A Big Learning Curve

I say this pretty often…

But being an insurance agent today is probably more difficult than at any other point in the past.

The more traditional strategies that worked for decades – and that simply got passed from one generation to the next – are not effective anymore…

And the modern day agent has to fend for himself in a world where everything moves faster and changes drastically on an almost daily basis.

So with that said…

To learn new marketing and automation strategies – especially like what’s taught in Fully Covered – isn’t the easiest thing in the world. You’re not gonna “get it” after going through just the first 1 or 2 modules.

It takes time and you’re learning an entirely new skillset. But like we said already, if you’re willing to put in the time and stick with it… Acquiring that skillset will give you a massive advantage over other agents.

Which brings us to the next “pro” of Fully Covered we wanted to share…

Pro: Not Much Competition

Now I’ll admit we don’t have the raw statistics on this – and we’re basing it off our own opinion and experience as agency owners…

But the strategy Fully Covered is built around is great because there are so few other agents doing this. The whole thing is based around generating leads for referral partners – then using those leads as bait to form a solid referral relationship.

Now, generating leads for someone else certainly sounded counterintuitive to us at first…

But when you think about it it’s actually an ingenious approach to marketing yourself and your agency.

Most agents are still sucking up to referral partners the old-school way: Dropping off donuts and gift cards… trying to force the relationship at local networking events… taking them out to expensive lunches…

So when you’re the one guy (or gal) who finally brings some real value to the table – in the form of real business for that potential partner…

You instantly stand out as the preferred agent to work with. I mean.. why wouldn’t you want to work with someone who’s actively trying to stuff YOUR pockets too?

This was probably the biggest “pro” for us with Fully Covered. However we’ll also admit that getting access to such a bold, little-known strategy – plus all the training required to implement it – isn’t something you can expect to get for pennies…

Con: It’s a Big Investment At First

Chances are you’ve been hit with Nato’s ads on Facebook. And if you’re anything like the hundreds of other agents who have too…

The first thing you likely asked yourself is: “How much does it cost?”

Sorry to disappoint – but we’re not going to reveal that here. All we’ll say is that this is NOT a cheap $100-200 program.

(And by not cheap, we mean both in price and in content.)

But aside from that, it’s hard to say that it costs “a lot” or “a little” anyways because a big investment to one person could be a small one to another.

So I guess the question is…

How much are you willing to put in now – to set your agency up for long-term growth and success?

From what some of our other IAH members have told us, they’ve seen 1,000X+ ROIs (seriously) over the 2-3 years after making their initial investment.

Which also brings us to the final “pro” we have for Fully Covered…

Pro: Your Investment is Returned With Support And Updated Marketing Strategies.

This was totally unexpected for us. Usually when you buy an online course for, well, anything really… You pay for the course and that’s it. RARELY does a course seller come back to add in extra content or make any updates.

(At least not without a hefty price tag, that is…)

However that’s not the case with Fully Covered. Nato and his team of coaches seem to constantly be bringing new strategies, tools, and coaching into the program.

When it comes to online marketing, maybe that should be a given – especially when you consider how fast everything’s always changing…

But the fact that Fully Covered students get these updates without needing to upgrade (at a cost) to the latest and greatest version of the course is commendable. Basically, as long as you remain part of the program, everything that gets added afterwards is also yours.

This approach was a breath of fresh air for us, and we hope all the other course sellers out there (the ones who try to lock as much content as possible behind a paywall) take note.

Conclusion: Worth It… Or Not?

All in all we’re pretty happy with our experience in Fully Covered. And a lot of our IAH members are saying the same.

However for the sake of being honest – we need to say that we see this as a great option for agents who are actually willing to come in and get their hands dirty.

If you’re looking to hand over a few bucks to have someone grow your agency for you… You’re probably gonna be disappointed with Fully Covered.

But if you’re willing to put in the work to get some serious long-term growth for your agency, then in our opinion Fully Covered is easily worth the investment.
